The September update improves continuity in everyday Vindula routines: finding people, sending documents, and resuming activities after a change. These adjustments help HR, communication, and administration teams work with more predictable information.

People search without a premature empty result

In companies with large directories, a search may need to review more than one page of results. Vindula now keeps the loading state while there are still pages to search, avoiding an empty response before the search has finished.

The adjustment makes finding employees in People Hub more predictable, especially in organizations with distributed teams and many units. It helps HR find the right person without interpreting an ongoing search as a missing profile.

Continuity when documents need to be sent again

Document library submission flows also received improvements to preserve continuity when an operation needs to be repeated. The aim is to reduce duplicate records and keep document creation aligned with the file received.

These improvements complement the existing collection, category, search, filter, permission, version, validity, and required reading resources.

More reliable everyday routines

The update also improves how information refreshes so that lists and activities return to the expected context after a change. This continuity helps people who need to move between employee information, communication, and documents during their work.
