Recognition connected to real routines
Recognition without creating artificial work
Vindula Gamification applies recognition to real platform actions, such as training completion, communication participation, and tracked internal routines. The goal is to make progress visible and reinforce behaviors that matter to company culture without inventing tasks that do not exist in the operation.

How it works in practice
As employees participate in expected routines, they earn configurable points, level up, and earn badges. This progress can appear in the individual profile and rankings, supporting healthy participation and transparent recognition.
30-level progression and custom configurations
The default configuration provides a 30-level progression curve. Companies that already defined custom curves preserve their configurations when the module is updated. Administrators can also import and export level and badge configurations in JSON, making controlled review, replication, and maintenance easier.
Campaigns, missions, and participation sequences
Campaigns organize 10-day initiatives using missions already configured in gamification. The company chooses the period, participating missions, and daily point limit. During the campaign, administrators track active days, current sequence, and best participation sequence. Upon completion, the person can receive the badge defined for the campaign.
Rewards catalog
Accumulated points can be used in an internal catalog where employees redeem rewards according to company-defined rules. This creates a cycle of participation, recognition, and reward aligned with organizational culture.
Gamification configuration and control
Vindula gamification includes administrative configuration to keep rules, badges, levels, rewards, and permissions under control. The company defines what makes sense to recognize, who manages the rules, and how to track changes over time.
Gamification integrated into the platform
Gamification connects with other Vindula modules when the company wants to reinforce participation: • Training: progress and completion generate recognition • Communication: participation in relevant content can earn points • People and teams: indicators by area and team help track adoption • Rewards: points can be converted according to company rules
Metrics and tracking
HR and leadership track level distribution, evolution over time, scoring sources, and participation by area or period. These indicators help show where recognition is working and where communication or training needs reinforcement.
