Signature receipts with broader character support
Document, company, and employee names can contain combined accents and other characters that need special handling in PDFs. Electronic Signature normalizes these texts before producing the receipt and preserves document completion when the PDF font cannot represent a character.
The improvement reduces failures in the final signing step without changing the integrity trail, validation code, or evidence associated with the document.
Exact employee number search in the library
In Document Management record mode, a complete employee number uses a targeted exact search. This avoids scanning extensive document sets when the correct identifier is already known.
The search retains the company scope, access permissions, and visibility rules before presenting records, documents, and related indicators.
