Vindula has introduced improvements to the administration of visual identity and the editorial profiles used in internal communication. The goal is to make brand configuration clearer while keeping corporate images protected by company permissions.

Theme editing that adapts to the available space

The visual identity editor reorganizes the theme catalog, editing fields, and preview according to screen size. On computers with more room, the preview can remain visible alongside the editing controls. On mobile devices and compact screens, the catalog and preview use a dedicated view, preserving a more readable workspace.

The experience also protects unsaved changes when switching themes or editing modes. Colors can be entered in hexadecimal format, and the preview helps teams review the brand, logo, and components before saving.

In practice, the team responsible for the platform can adjust how the environment is presented across devices without losing the context of the edit.

Corporate personas with managed identities

Corporate personas support content that needs to follow a recognizable profile. Each persona can include a name, description, and avatar, header, and footer images.

Selected images appear in the preview before saving and remain linked to the persona with controlled access. This prevents private file addresses from being exposed and keeps the visual identity associated with the correct profile.

Authorized administrators can also review inactive personas without granting access to users who lack the required permission. Creation and maintenance therefore follow the governance defined by the company.

More consistent brand and communication

With a more adaptable editor and personas with managed identities, teams have a clearer path to keeping colors, logos, and editorial profiles consistent across internal channels.

Persona and content assistance capabilities depend on company configuration and permissions. To understand this combination, explore the platform capabilities.
