The Vindula Audits module now lets people add contextual observations and images even when a response is conforming. The improvement helps document good conditions found during an inspection and maintain a more complete visual record of the work.
Optional context without interrupting execution
When marking an item as conforming, the responsible person can add a comment and attach images from the camera or gallery. These records are optional and remain associated with the response after saving and when the checklist is resumed.
The flow also makes a clear distinction between complementary context and information that requires treatment. For conforming responses, observations and images provide optional context. For nonconformities, the description and evidence remain required to guide correction.
Evidence brought together in the report
Information recorded during execution follows the audit and can appear in its report. Quality, Operations, and Safety teams can therefore consult both deviations and examples of adequate conditions in the same history.
In practice, the checklist supports comparisons between units, shifts, and periods with more context, without turning every conforming response into an additional mandatory step.
Clearer audits for operations
With observations and images also available for conformities, the company can record positive standards, document the conditions found, and enrich communication between the people who execute, monitor, and review audits.
The Audits module is configured according to the models, evidence rules, owners, and reports defined for each operation. Explore the Audits capabilities or book a demo to find the right configuration.
