Vindula brings together new ways to organize teams, follow signature reports, and target specific content in internal communication.

## Teams with recorded information

In [Human Resources](/en/platform/human-resources), formal teams can bring together owners, administrators, and members. Each team keeps recorded skills, the distribution of reported levels, and reported evidence from its participants.

Comparisons and adoption review use only persisted data, preserving the context entered in day-to-day operations.

## Delegated report access by department

In [Electronic Signature reports](/en/platform/electronic-signatures), delegated access can be granted to one person in one or more departments, including descendant structures. When removing only one scope, other report access remains, along with access received through a management role.

Automatic hierarchy follows the organizational link; delegated access records a manual grant for the required follow-up.

## Widgets for selected people

In [Communication](/en/platform/internal-communication), static widgets and Banner items can be targeted to selected people. A selected person receives the content, while another person in the same group may not receive it.
