Connected to the [governed intranet](/en/platform/intranet), it keeps product knowledge in the same environment. In Audits, the official manual presents the operational steps and preserves each person’s reading progress. The Updates Center also brings product improvements together. Each edition can be presented after sign-in and remains available in a searchable history for later review. ## Audits consolidated by unit The [Audits module](/en/platform/audits) can organize checks into packages by unit, with partial reports during the cycle and a final consolidated report when the work is complete. This view helps Quality, Operations, and Safety teams monitor progress, identify units that still need action, and distribute results according to the recipients defined for the process. ## Signatures that require attention [Electronic Signature reports](/en/platform/electronic-signatures) provide a hierarchical view for authorized managers, respecting each person’s organizational scope. Filters by period, unit, department, team, category, document, and employee help locate completed signatures and items that still require attention. The same authorized selection guides the screen, CSV, and PDF, keeping day-to-day analysis and exports aligned. These improvements reinforce Vindula as a central point for guidance, evidence, and operational follow-up.
